TISA Strategic Focus 2012-2017
Vision: TISA is committed to the creation of a successful future for the people of Kenya. In this regard, TISA’s vision has been agreed as; “Empowered citizens claiming and enjoying their rights”.
Mission: TISA recognizes the impact of provision of quality services on the socio- economic wellbeing of the populace. Thus its overriding mission has been agreed as:
To promote effective and accountable devolved governance through capacity building and advocacy towards the realisation of Article 174 of the Constitution of Kenya.
TISA’s Expected Outcome Results 2012-2017(TISA Result Areas)
TISA’s overall goal is a Kenya of empowered citizens claiming and enjoying their rights. This will be achieved in the medium to long term through the achievement of the following four outcomes.
- Citizens enjoying and Claiming Rights;
- Accountable government systems and policies;
- County Governments are Accountable and effectively deliver services to citizens;
- TISA is a Premier social accountability Institution.
